Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within thirty (30) days of your original payment date. The payment date is the date shown on your payment receipt from Stripe.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:

- Include the email address you used when you purchased Subs. This will help us locate your payment quickly.
- You do not need to provide a reason for your refund request – "no questions asked" means just that!
What to Expect After Requesting
Once we receive your refund request (and it's within the 30-day period):
- We will send you an email confirming that we have received your request.
- We will process your refund. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used for the purchase.
- Your access to the Subs service will be revoked once the refund is processed.
After the 30-Day Period
Please note that refund requests made after the 30-day period from your original payment date will not be eligible for a refund.
This policy applies to the one-time payment for lifetime access to Subs.
